Our Mission

To protect children and older adults, support family stability, and promote self-reliance — for a stronger, healthier Meigs County.

Meigs County Job and Family Services (JFS) provides vital resources and compassionate support to improve the quality of life for individuals and families across Meigs County, Ohio. Our comprehensive services include public assistance programs (food, cash and medical), child support enforcement, protective services for children and adults, child care, transportation, and employment and workforce development.
