Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Program
CCMEP

Youth & Young Adults Ages 14-24!

CCMEP takes a complete approach to stabilizing individuals and families, by addressing a variety of factors including health, addiction/substance abuse issues, housing, education, transportation, school dropout prevention, career pathways and more! CCMEP will provide access to employment and training services including career counseling, career coaching, job placement, job shadowing, and summer employment. Our goal is to improve employment and education outcomes for youth and young adults by helping them overcome barriers to employment and education, by developing the successful skills local employers and educators seek.

If you believe you fit this program and have the self-drive to want to make your goals a reality, please complete the attached application and paperwork. After we receive your application, a caseworker will contact you to set up a series of appointments to determine eligibility and complete an Assessment and Individual Opportunity Plan (IOP).

We will need the following verification to determine CCMEP eligibility:

  • Complete attached packet with signatures (parent/guardian if you are under 18 years of age). Voter registration is optional
